Anyone can publish a list of practitioners. Two things separate a network from a directory.

The first is accountability. Practitioners deliver within Avaana-defined standards, pathways and escalation rules, and Avaana holds accountability to the employer.

The second is availability. Every practitioner's open appointment slots are live on the platform, so a worker is booked into a real appointment rather than added to a call-around list. Speed to care is decided here, not in the referral.
