Avaana

One workforce-health front door your people actually use.

One network for prevention, treatment and injury care, on one record, with no handovers between vendors. The same access in the depot as at head office. Workforce health without the handovers.

An HR manager and an employee talking over coffee in a calm, bright room

A driver in a regional depot pulls something in his shoulder on a Thursday.

He is not going to ring an EAP. He is not going to fill in a reimbursement form. He will keep working until he cannot.

Meanwhile head office is paying for a wellbeing platform, an EAP, a provider list and a separate injury process. Four vendors, four log-ins, and nothing that follows him between them.

It is not an engagement problem. It is an access problem.

How many of your people could name what to do on Thursday afternoon?

9 in 10 workers came back

who started treatment with Avaana came back for a second appointment. Average EAP utilisation in Australia sits around 5%.

One front door, everywhere

Fund care, not perks

You allocate a wellbeing budget per employee. It converts into credits people use to book real appointments, physiotherapy, psychology, exercise physiology and more, in under a minute. 100 percent of funding goes to clinical services, not administration. You can also design a structured strength and conditioning programme for all workers under 25 years with a high risk of injury from manual handling. Each worker attends a physio clinic close to their home over 4 weeks to build their strength.

The same access in the depot as at head office

5,500 credentialled, AHPRA-verified practitioners across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia. A driver in a regional depot gets the same access to a nearby practitioner as an analyst in the CBD.

Care that does not restart

If something escalates, including a workplace injury, the record and often the practitioner carry through. Same network, same history.

In your industry

Transport and logistics workforces are distributed and often lone or on the road. Wellbeing designed at head office rarely reaches them, and the gap shows up later as a claim rather than earlier as an appointment.

Common questions

Is this a replacement for our EAP?

That is your decision, and it depends on what you are paying for it. An EAP is a high fixed cost against low utilisation, and it stops at the referral. Avaana carries on past it: the appointment is booked, the treatment is delivered, and the record follows the person. Some clients run both. Others look at utilisation after six months and make a decision then.

Is this another platform for people to log into?

No. It can replace vendors rather than adding one. Your people get one booking link, and you get one reporting line instead of four.

Do we see individual health records?

No. Preventative and personal health consultations are confidential between the employee and the practitioner. You see utilisation and workforce-level insight, never individual clinical records.

See how it fits your workforce

Utilisation is not a communications problem. It is what happens when the benefit is actual treatment.
