Kareena is a qualified and accredited counsellor and life coach who founded The Manifesto out of a genuine desire to help people in creating connections and being present in their own lives. Her focus is to provide her clients with a secure environment where they can open up, examine, and figure out what really matters to them, allowing them to feel more in tune with their life.
