At Mental Clarity Psychology a 90-minute initial assessment session is organised and 50-minute sessions thereafter. This gives the therapist time to understand your problem as well as, gives you the opportunity to see if the therapist is the right “fit” for you. The rate for a General Psychologist for a 90-minute assessment session is $240.00. If clients have a Mental Health Treatment Plan through Medicare clients receive a rebate of $88.25 with their out-of-pocket cost totalling $151.75.
