I am an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with extra training in the Non-diet approach. I have developed skills in how to help people heal their relationship with food, mind and their body. I am passionate about guiding patients through letting go of the dieting mindset, to making peace with food once and for all.
I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults. I believe every individual at any age, has the ability to evolve to become the best version of themselves.

The cost of an initial consultation (1 hour) is $150 and review sessions (45 min) are $120. If you have been referred under an Enhanced Primary Care Plan or Eating Disorder Management Plan, you will be able to claim a rebate of $54.60 through Medicare. Alternatively, rebates may be applicable if you are covered for dietetic services under a private health care fund. The consultation must be paid within 48 hours following your session.
