My unique background includes a Bachelor of Naturopathy, Reiki Master, Holistic doula with advanced training in postnatal support, Shamanic Womancraft, Positive Menstrual Education along side specialised pre and postnatal yoga teacher.
I am passionate about providing access to support for all women throughout their life journey
