Here at My Counselling and Me, Kim works hard to help you through any difficulties and issues of concern to you. Kim specialises in Grief and Loss, which comes in many forms, including the death of a beloved person or pet and the loss of our health or employment. Loss or change in our life can result in Grief. And, although grief is a normal response to loss; it can be overwhelming. With Kim, we can work together to develop new strategies to cope and discover new ways of finding meaning.
