Mindstate is founded on the observable unique difficulties of human existence and how the difficulties each individual faces throughout a lifetime affect relationships, themselves and other aspects of life that have consequences throughout a lifetime. We found that having someone to talk to with lived experience of the similar difficulties that many people face helped tremendously in feeling understood about their life circumstances and personal challenges but also in building the self-esteem and associated skills and abilities necessary to face life and all its challenges.
