NEW PATIENT OR NEW INJURY ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT. Your initial physiotherapy appointment will include a comprehensive history and assessment in order to establish an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan. Your goals will be discussed and incorporated into the long term management plan. Manual therapy may include joint mobilisation/manipulation, deep tissue massage, dry needling and taping. You will be provided with home exercises to facilitate active involvement in your management.
